I started on each of those sections and just kept adding and adding things. 😍 And in the most beautiful way, I realized I really do follow my joy in most of the way I live my life. And I can recognize how much happier and fulfilled I feel in the past 5 years since I started making the tough decisions to follow that joy. What a wonderful reflection, thank you!
Thank you for this exercise! As a Generator (and I still have to take you up on your offer to pull a chart for my husband) experiencing deep grief right now - list-making is what helps me navigate the brain fog and feeling ungrounded.
